
Revisiting a topic that Deb broached recently - staff meetings can take up a lot of time so it makes sense to work out how to get the most out of them!
I had a wee look around the Internet and found an article which suggests:
- Start by going around the circle getting people to briefly share something positive
- Frequently interrupt!
- Lose the table!
- Get people to use their bodies, i.e. stretching
- Use strategically placed silences (see the article for how)
