What do you do to put fun and excitement into your staff meetings?

Revisiting a topic that Deb broached recently - staff meetings can take up a lot of time so it makes sense to work out how to get the most out of them!

I had a wee look around the Internet and found an article which suggests:

• Start by going around the circle getting people to briefly share something positive
• Frequently interrupt!
• Lose the table!
• Get people to use their bodies, i.e. stretching
• Use strategically placed silences (see the article for how)
